I have devoted my working life to all forms of construction, from small scale backyard sheds to 70 story residential condominiums. My construction journey began in 1982 and continues today. From single family homes to shopping malls, hotels and hospitals. My work has taken me all over Western Canada, and the United states. Along the way i have performed, and learned all aspects of construction. From the first scraping of the ground, to the last occupant using the finished building. I've been there.

Now, I'm using all this life long  knowledge gained, in the Home Inspection Business. Not only have I built it, but I've fixed it. I can see past the visual issues, into the hidden issues within the walls, ceilings, and foundations of  homes. Anyone can see whats in front of them. I can see what's behind the obvious.
